Key Responsibilities:

Execution of brand tactics

• Execute new brand strategies and tactics to market needs
• New product pre-launch and launch internal and external meeting and promotion
• Manage agencies for new brand promotion need (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project)
• Forecast new brand performance and track progress towards target Implement, monitor for ROI, and timely adjust the plan
• KOL development & key account management
• Bridge communication with externally/internally

Develop brand promotional materials and training

• Product knowledge related training & support to sales & other functions
• Develop new brand plan & management & cross-functional leadership
• Set product target, annual budget, positioning message & clear storyline, pricing, promotion plan, measurement KPI

Recommended Education and Key Competency:

• Biology or medical major preferred
• Anti-infection related area experience preferred
• Central brand marketing or Reginal marketing experience over 1 years required
• Deep insight thinking and quick leaner preferred
• New product launch experience preferred
• Good Communicator / Presenter
• Fluent English capability in speaking and writing
