主要工作职责 Major responsibilities

1.       EXT CAS feasibility study, design and develop EXT parts collaborate with styling, package and the other advanced engineering team, modelling EXT parts for data release

2.       Release technical documents (3D/2D data, SOR, DVP, ESO……), engineering change management

3.       Organize (regular) technical review meeting with cross function team and suppliers for open issues.

4.       Solve issues in launch, validation and after sale, manage engineering change (cost, timing, technology, quality).

次要工作职责 Minor responsibilities

1.         Cost reduction and continuous improvement, Maintain company design guideline, SSTS, check list, DFMEA, etc. ,

2.         Benchmark for new concept to be implemented in automobile industry

Other responsibility required by Line manager

任职要求 Qualifications

1.       基本要求Basic Qualification

1.1               教育程度 Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience required

1.2               工作经验 Work Experience:

7+ years’ experience within engineering development in automotive OEM or Tire 1 supplier, strong technical background to solve engineering issues, experience with advanced technology  will be a plus

1.3               英文（书面及口语）English(Written & Oral):

Fluent for communication

1.4               计算机能力 Computer Skills:

Skilled in CATIA to check 2D/3D data, DMU simulation check, good at MS Office

2.       其他要求 Other Requirement

Be able to work in a fast paced culturally diverse environment, Must have team spirit, positive attitude and personal initiative, basic GD&T knowledge
