1、整理销售资料，管理销售合同以及其他销售文件，做好归档工作；

2、 协助销售做好销售数据的统计、分析工作，并制作销售报表；

3、帮助销售作好客户的接待以及沟通工作，发掘客户需求；

4、 负责与厂家联系发货及相关文件的收集，并负责与客户联系交货，及交单收款；

5、制作合同执行情况表，及统计项目回款情况表，并更新汇报；

6、协调本部门与其它部门的合作；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语优先；

2、1年以上销售助理工作经验，应届生可考虑。

3、熟练操作办公软件；

4、具体独立处理复杂问题和危急事件的能力；

5、积极主动友好的工作精神，良好的团队合作精神。

Shanghai Harvest Insulation Engineering Co., Ltd is located in the Economic Circle of Yangtze River Delta and can be easily reached by water and land transportation in all directions. The company is specialized in design, production and installation of cryogenic insulation for LNG equipment and system, LNG cargo tanks and piping. The company currently has approximately 100 employees including 20 engineers and 60 company employed installation workers. Harvest customers includes major state owned shipyards and famous international enterprises like Wartsila.
