Job Description:
Recruiting and Interviewing: Work with executive management to ensure the most appropriately qualified employees are positioned in the most appropriate roles. When hiring needs arise, develop a job description, advertises for the position in different media, screens and interviews applicants, performs background checks, contacts references and invites other executives to be part of the interview process to ensure a good fit with a new employee. 根据公司战略及各部门要求,制定合适的岗位责任书,筛选符合要求的员工,安排面试、背景调查、合同事宜。
Hiring and Termination: Draw up the necessary contractual paperwork and asks the employee to fill out pertinent tax documentation forms. Monitor the quit reason and related data to analysis the staffs’ termination data; We take possession of the employee's keys, codes, and access passes prior to finalizing the termination of employment. 员工入离职流程整理归纳,并对相关数据进行分析并做出合理建议提交经理。
Orientation and Training: On the first day of each employee, conduct new employee orientation. This involves going through an employee manual, explaining corporate policy and procedure and introducing the new employee to fellow staffers. 入职培训及根据各部门需求,配合各部门安排各种岗位培训以提高各部门绩效。
Conflict Mediation: In the event a dispute arises between colleagues, employees and managers, serve as mediator and counsel each party individually, or together, and develop a compromise solution that is acceptable to everyone involved. In case there are some complains from different dept, check the matters and mediate to solve the problems. 各部门间的协调,接受来自各部门的投诉,记录并协调,以确保各部门能按时定量的完成公司任务。
Performance Evaluation: assistant each department to record staff’s evaluation and update their standard to improve their performance. 根据各部门要求,协助各经理完成每个员工的绩效考核并对其标准进行更新以提高各部门绩效。
HR system development: evaluate department jobs and find a proper system to record HR jobs 人事系统改进:保证人事工作正常进行,设立自己的人事系统并不断改进。
Administration: Monitor Procurement according to each department’s needs. 根据各部门要求制定采购流程并实施。
Others jobs assigned by managers. 其他经理安排的任务。
Requirements:
College graduated 大专毕业
At least 5 years of HR experience 从事人事工作5年以上
Faster learner and good team player 学习速度快,团队合作能力强
Proficiency in computer application 电脑熟练
Good command in both written and spoken English 英语流利
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 沟通能力强,人际交往能力强
