Responsibility：

1. Manage the SQE team, working to improve supplier performance and management systems;

2. Prepare supplier audit plan include the potential and existing supplier base and follow up the action list; 

3.Monthly commodity supplier’s quality performance preparation / review and breakdown the actions for the monthly flop suppliers;

4. Follow up the NLP list for the quality support at supplier site;

5.Follow up the critical / difficult ( A. B) parts which produced at supplier site for process analysis and support;  to avoid the quality risk happen;

6.Monthly failure category check with SQE for the detailed improvement actions whether it is closely followed up or not;

7. Weekly big parts status preparation and follow up the gap;

8. Team management and right task assigned to team member; 

9. Team member capability evaluation and related training application for team development;

10. For the serial quality issue, start the improvement project meanwhile arrange the process audit asap;

11. Communication with cross function team during the daily process and problem solving; 

12. Escalate the case when can’t handle by himself; 

13. Other task assigned by the superior. 

Requirements：

1. Mechanical engineering background , university degree;

2. Rich knowledge on large parts welding with thick plate,  Rich knowledge big casting parts and also machining;

3.Rich experience for quality control of large welding parts and casting parts, as well as fine machining with high tolerance;

4. 6 years working experience in welding process environment; 

5. Quality management tools knowledge and experience;

6. Understand of process flow / control plan of welding part;

7. IWE is preferred; 

8. UT /MT knowledge is necessary; 

9. ISO 9001 internal auditor and with 3 years supplier assessment working experience;

10. Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure;

11. English both speaking and writing capability;

12. Good communication skill;

13. Team management experience.
