Responsibility:

1.       Responsible for material selection guide in APAC exhaust system development projects.( Stainless steel, carbon steel, casting steel, painting, glass fiber, etc) 25%

2.       Responsible for APAC material testing and research: testing process tracking and report writing (Corrosion, tensile, chemical composition test, welding inspection, microstructure analysis, etc), test method and material technology continuous improvement. 25%

3.       Responsible for APAC new material/new supplier validation.15%

4.       Responsible for failure analysis in issue solving, mainly involving corrosion, fatigue and manufacturing process effect. 15%

5.       Deeply involve material technology discussion and standard building in global material team. 20%

Requirement:

- Education background: Material science and engineering related major (Metal material focused), Master degree better.

- Work experience in material engineering: 3-5years prefer, automobile, manufacturing and metallurgy industry.

- Good English communication skills, can have smooth technical discussion with global colleague.
