工作职责：

·    Help to establish and supervise the necessary standard operation system, make sure the requirement of related process, optimize , institutionalize and program the production operation .

协助建立及督导实施必要的标准操作系统，制定生产流程相关标准规范及制程要求，使生产操作规范化、制度化和程序化。

·    Layout and optimise the workshop area, ensure it will be utilized reasonably.

对生产区域进行规划和优化，保证生产区域的合理利用。

·    Evaluate and Supervise productive process and ensure the manufacture process having been carried out reasonably and feasibility, responsible for temporary productive document.

评估及监督生产流程，及相关制程标准变更的合理性和可行性，负责临时生产流程的制定和评估。

·    Join the new products developing  and make process assurance standards

参与新产品开发，制定新产品的标准作业流程。

·    Make sure improving each production indication of manufacture process by tracking production system.

制定、完善、改进各生产制程各项生产指标的追踪体系。

·    Assist to track and analyze the each production indication, and ensure the improve plan.

协助追踪及分析各项生产指标，并制定改善计划。

·    Organise the production team and help to be standardized, and provide the technical training.

组织及协助现场生产人员进行制成规范化，及技术培训。

·    Meet the other department’s related needs, assist to carry items out.

对其他部门的需求提供支持，协助完成相关问题的解决。

·    Assist to manage with the related productive issues.

协助处理与生产部相关的其他问题。

任职资格：

·    Above 3 years experiences in related working。

      三年以上相关工作经验

·    Bachelor degree major in engineering 、 mechanism or management。

工程、机械或管理类本科学历

·    Know well about production manufacture process , experience in process analysing and program improving will be highly appreciated。

熟悉生产现场管理流程，***有制程分析及改善项目管理经验

·   Understand the injection process and the related equipment.

了解注塑成型的工艺和设备

·    Good  organizing and communicating  skills

具有较强的组织管理能力，具有较强的沟通能力
