职位描述
岗位职责：
1.组织制定采购管理制度及工作流程，带领团队完成采购工作，实现采购目标；
2.通过内外部协调沟通，实现采购制度流程的优化，提高采购工作效率；
3通过对供应商数据库、价格数据库、合同和各类工作模板等的完善优化，提升采购能力和工作效率；
4.负责采购团队的培训、采购项目支持和协调工作；
5.根据年度采购预算和降价要求，编制采购降价计划并实施；
6.跟踪管理采购员工作进度和采购项目进度，协调处理采购规程中的问题；
7.负责供应商管理，认真做好价格谈判、采购环境、产品数据库的调查和管理工作；
8.有效利用各种资源，及时掌握市场讯息，积极开发优质供应商，合理配置，不定期优化筛选供应商：
任职资格：
1、熟悉采购流程，良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；
2、工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神，
3、英语能力强者优先考虑, 有包装行业相关工作经验者优先；
4、有良好的职业道德和素养，能承受一定工作压力.
