MC team are mostly responsible for woven apparels, whole set of blazer/skirt/pants/dress.

    

Main description for this position is to assist Merchandiser(Mer.) and Merchandiser Manager(MM).

1. Got all packages for MC team when arrived in office, unpacked them and aligned them.
2. Checked care label, all info in care label should be checked carefully, including 17 languages.
3. Tested elasticity of fabric card, including sample yardage, bulk fabric and shade lot.
4. Chased suppliers for all test reports in advance and checked them carefully.
5. Downloaded TF, checked 1st fit sample, comparing with TF and wrote comments on system.
6. Settled up all samples and packed samples that should be on staff-sale or in storage, once and a while. （sometimes, this part will be shared with Mer.）
7. Downloaded PO SO, let MM sign on it, stamped it and then send them to suppliers. Saved PO SO in the proper folder.
8. Asked suppliers to get paper pattern in dxf and did consumption check together with Mer.
9. Packed all parcels to suppliers and to HQ properly and registered in courier list. For the moment, all express delivery process should be done by myself.
10. Read all notice forwarded from MM carefully and passed them to suppliers.

                                            

    

Requirements:

1. Work experience in 1-2 years or under graduated in 2020.
2. Better to be majored in garment/textile or relative field, or have great interest in garment.
3. Be hardworking, responsible and conscientious.
