Mission:

As a purchasing supervisor or specialist, you are responsible for supplier sourcing, performance and relationship.

Responsibilities:

1.      To develop and evaluate new suppliers regarding to financial, production, management status, etc.;

2.      To analyze and investigate the market price level and trend;

3.      To keep updating the development of current and potential suppliers;

4.      To maintain a good relationship with supplier and achieve purchasing target；    

5.      To challenge suppliers to constantly improve all aspects of performance;

6.      To continuously increase the competitiveness through optimizing supply chain and supplier management;

7.      To keep effective communication with other teams like quality, marketing, sales, etc;

8.      To follow up new material development process and solve relevant issues;

9.      To process purchasing order through ERP system;

10.   To follow up delivery and payment schedule;

11.   To monitor the stock level and make purchasing plan accordingly;

12.   To accomplish other tasks assigned by department leader.

Qualification & Requirements:

1.      Bachelor degree or above, majored in engineering, international trading or supply chain management;

2.      At least 2 years working experience in international trading, purchasing or sourcing position;

3.      Preferred industry experience: PV industry or manufacturing industry;

4.      Good spoken and written English, Korean is plus;

5.      Proficient in Excel, PPT and other office software;

6.      About to frequent business trip up to 40%-50%;

7.      Able to work independently;

8.      Good communication skill;

9.      Teamwork spirit and honest.
