Mission:

As a supplier quality engineer or supervisor in solar module business, you are supposed to ensure and improve the supplier quality, to implement SQM requirements regarding preventive actions, technical specifications and qualification of suppliers.

Responsibilities:

1.      To audit and evaluate new suppliers regarding to quality performance and quality management system;

2.      To monitor production process to ensure a qualified products;

3.      To monitor supplier quality performance and create supplier quality performance database;

4.      To apply preventive quality methods to achieve supplier and product quality performance continuous improvement;

5.      To follow up supplier quality issues and make sure the issues closed in an agreed time;

6.      To investigate and analyze customer complain, creating corrective and preventative actions related to supplier quality;

7.      To deal with the compensation and agreement regarding to quality issues;

8.      To report and discuss with internal quality management team regarding quality issues;

9.      To achieve purchasing target through teamwork with purchasing team.

Qualification & Requirements:

1.      Bachelor degree or above, majored in engineering or quality management;

2.      At least 2 years working experience in quality or manufacturing department, or third party audit/inspection organization;

3.      Preferred industry experience: solar cell or module;

4.      Good spoken and written English, Korean is plus;

5.      Adapted to frequent business trip up to 80% (Asia region, overseas and domestic);

6.      Able to work independently;

7.      Good communication skill;

8.      Teamwork spirit.
