Responsibilities

1. Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products for regions and territories;
2. Sell to existing and potential customers as well as provide sales support to distribution partners
3. Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
4. Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
5. Maintain professional and technical knowledge on PV industry
6. Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
7. Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors

Requirements

1. Perfect communication skills in English: writing, reading and speaking
2. Native or near native level European language (Spanish / German / Italian) proficiency is preferred
3. At least 3 years’ experience in PV industry
4. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
5. Committed to continuous education through exhibitions and conferences
6. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (Korean speaking/writing ability is a plus)
