DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Excellence:
Coordinate with other departments for cross-department projects.
Lead projects, allocate and organize resources, supervise project execution. Projects are mainly brand positioning, brand architecture, messaging matrix management and so on.
Organize project flow, including brand management coordination, brand equity research, brand roadmap development and relevant qualitative and quantitative research with a great sense of accountability for project methodology and goal and in respect with time constraints.
- Communicate with clients to understand and respond to their needs efficiently.
Client Engagement:
- Able to playa significant role on proposal-making for quantitative research with input from the Head of the Research Department.
- Organize the development of compelling case studies and newsletters (content/visuals) from completed projects, as well as relevant articles to promote brand strategy service.
- Collaborate with Business Department to activate existing clients and develop new clients. Supervise or take charge of brand strategy proposals, attending pitch meetings and presentation meetings
- Support Business Department for account management. Communicate with client, during and after project completion to enhance client loyalty.
- Support marketing activities to promote brand strategy offerings, including attending events, forum and networking activities.
Thought Leadership:
- Contribute to our intellectual leadership efforts through articles and other contributions to our publications
- Keep yourself informed about all the brand strategy knowledge and techniques.
- Be able to act as a thought leader and push forward new frameworks and methods for brand strategy when needed
Team Development:
- Implement quality improvement, including organization, process, and tools.
- Develop/learn and apply innovative methodologies to meet specific goal, such as Competitor/Benchmark - Audits, Industry Overview, Focus Group, In-depth Interview, on traditional qualitative research formats, but can also involve a wider range of varied techniques including Social Web tracking, Biometrics, Quantitative Techniques etc.
- Guide team to learn new knowledge and techniques.
- Coach the team, conduct performance evaluation and improve the quality of team members on aregular basis.
