工作职责:

1、负责项目管理团队的组织规划与人员管理。

2、负责PMO体系建设、项目管理制度建设、规范与标准，推动组织内部的流程改进和效率提升，并提供模板、工具、方法。

3、负责大型及特大型项目的全生命周期管理，能管理和协调大型的多线程项目甚至项目群，对项目结果负责。

4、辅助各业务领域负责人或职能部门、业务部门等进行跨团队的协调沟通、推动项目管理流程。

5、负责与产品、架构、研发、质量等部门沟通和协同，构建和完善项目管理流程制度、项目监测点。

6、定期收集所有产品线项目度量数据并进行分析，以及持续改进流程及规则、数据统计、项目绩效评估.。

7、负责项目集优先级协调、项目实施过程中的流程评估、裁剪和优化，组织级高效交付，优化平衡资源。

任职资格:

1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，5年以上项目管理经验。

3、精通智慧园区项目管理，2年以上PMO工作经验。

4、具备出色的分析、归纳、总结的能力，良好的沟通协调技巧、优秀的表达和文档撰写能力。

5、通过PMP认证者优先。

6、有项目管理工具开发经验者优先，有智慧园区项目工作经验优先.

7、有组织IOS、CMMI体系认证经验者优先。
