工作职责：

·    Assist to setup UV coating standard production system, and monitoring executing the SOP during production.

协助涂装制程标准体系建立，督导金属生产过程必要的标准操作流程。

·    Assist to design & optimization the UV coating production workshop to ensuring production runs smoothly.

协助涂装对生产区域作规划和优化，保证生产流程的合理、顺畅。

·    Make the UV coating SOP.

新产品标准作业流程制定。

·    Assist to make records/ analysis report of production of UV coating, try to find the issues and make the action plans accordingly.

协助涂装部门追踪、分析、生产过程中出现的异常状况并制定改善计划。

·    Organize and assist the training in UV coating Dept. regularly.

组织并协助涂装部门做好人员培训，做好制程规范化。

任职资格：

·   College or above, majored in mechanical or management;

机械或管理类大专以上学历

·   More than 3 years’ work experience in UV coating industry.

3年以上相关生产工厂经验，

·   With experiences of dada analysis and making action plan during production.

有一定的制程分析改善的项目经验。

·   Good communication and cooperation abilities;

良 好沟通协调能力。

·   Familiar with UV coating process;

对涂装工艺有初步的了解。
