1、负责公司相关法律事务的处理；

2、为公司提供相关的法律咨询服务；

3、为公司提供相关的法律支持；

4、为公司制定法务部的预算，进行日常人员管理。

5、负责重大决策的法律支持;

任职资格

1、法律相关专业本科以上学历；

2、5年以上法务管理或相关法律工作经历；

3、具备各类法律事务的逻辑判断和分析能力、外部事务的公关能力；

4、较强的人际交往能力，能承受较大的工作压力。

5、有上市公司法务经验优先
