Position Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree or Higher.Major in Thermal Energy & Power Engineer or Mechanical Engineering etc.

本科以上学历，热能与动力工程或机械专业

2. Full-time education, get certificate of graduation before July 31th 2017.

2018年7月31日前毕业的应届生

3. English: CET-4 or higher.

英语4级以上

4. Good at communication and be interested in grow on foreign company.

沟通能力较强，对长期在外企发展有兴趣者

Main Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customer and understand customer design requirement.

能够了解客户的设计需求并且与客户保持良好的沟通

2. Analyze the input information and perform the project planning.

对数据资料进行分析并且制作成为项目计划

3. To prepare the design proposal and quotation.

准备设计方案与标书

4. To prepare technical reports and presentation with simulation plots.

使用分析图准备技术报告和演示方案

5. To help for prototype and testing.

1、管培生培养体系：12个月系统培训

Trainee System : 12 months systematic training including on the job training.

2、前期会通过轮岗测评决定发展方向，其中包括：综合管理、项目管理、造价咨询、市场经营

Rotation and Assessment : General Management, Project Management, construction cost consultation as well as Marketing Operation.

3、定岗后发展方向，产品工程师培训生—助理产品工程师-产品工程师-项目经理-项目总监

     Career Path: PRDE Trainee-Pre-PRDE-PRDE-Certified PRDE-PM-PD
