1、 Manage complex cross functional programs by balancing scope, timing, cost, quality, risk etc. Manage day-to-day project delivery, track issues and risks, and support scope management.

2、Prioritization of projects and allocation of resource.

3、Creation of metric reports, such as status and budget report for client communication.

4、Participate the product development process including requirements collection, concept generation, prototype and validation etc.

5、Cooperate with manufacturing and have chances to understand the process of industrialization

6、Documents and facilitates gathering and use of project best practices

Qualifications职务要求:

Education

-     Engineering background

-     2 years of project management experience :

Preferable : English

Abilities, knowledge and skills

-          PMP certification is a plug
