岗位职责：

能够独立完成项目的整体设计和开发进度的管理工作；

负责组织实施部门承担的产品研发任务（调研、立项、设计、验证、确认、培训、改进全研发过程），保障产品研发进度；

负责实现研发工作标准化，搜集并整理肌肉骨骼领域行业的相关技术信息和动态，提出新产品的研发建议；

负责人员日常管理工作和研发团队建设。

任职要求：
本科及以上学历, 机械、电子、计算机及相关专业；

医疗器械行业5年以上工作经验，3年以上项目主管或经理经验；

熟悉医疗器械法律法规及设计开发流程，熟悉图纸、技术文件、性能测试、验证等；

有ISO13485、YY0287、GMP质量体系管理、YY/T 0316风险管理、GB9706及YY0505培训教育经历者优先。

其它技能：

有责任心及工作热情；

思维开阔并愿意学习；

能够适应压力并具备独立工作能力；

面对各部门，有良好的表达和沟通能力；

有熟练的英文听说读写能力。
