1.      Manage all purchasing demands from related functions or categories,

a.       CRO service category

o   Discovery and technology platform teams including Antibody characterization, In vitro functional assay, Animal model generation, In vivo efficacy study, IHC, Gene synthesis, Immunization, Fusion and screening, Hybridoma related services, Cell-line generation, Protein/antibody purification, Gene sequencing, Protein production.

o   CMC outsourcing service including Cell Line Development, Cell Culture Process Development, Downstream Process Development, Analytical and Formulation, Clinical Trial Drug manufacturing, preclinical consulting, and audit etc.

o   Early development outsourcing service including PK, PD and Tox Study etc.

b.      Lab supply category, co-support reagents, consumables, equipment purchasing requests, including I/E cases.

 

2.      Optimize purchasing of goods and services to meet internal customers’ needs by following compliance requirements and indirect purchasing missions, guidelines and strategies.

 

3.      Create value by contributing to preclinical and lab related categories regarding quality, supplier and risk management, innovation, sustainability, services, processes improvement and costs savings to ensure internal stakeholders satisfaction.

职位需求：

1.      Bachelor’s degree or above, major in supply chain or business preferred.

 

2.      3-5 years working experience in indirect purchasing territory, pharm industry preferred. 

 

3.      Excellent communication skills with all levels of organization and suppliers.

 

4.      Good at project management and change management, excellent analytical, problem solving and influential skills.

 

5.      Excellent English preferred, both written and spoken.
