Responsibilities/Duties：

1. End user support/internal helpdesk support to troubleshoot and resolve problems on client computer related problems;

2. End user support for client applications, e.g. Adobe, AutoCAD, CADWorx, MS Office software suite, etc.

3. Maintain/troubleshoot/repair existing network devices (e.g. computers/printers/plotters/scanners/copiers/Telephony system/Surveillance system, etc.) in offices/sites;

4. Source and setup computer devices;

5. Installation of network cabling work in offices/sites;

6. Client operating system recovery;

7. Ensure endpoints securely connect to the corporate network;

8. Maintain/troubleshoot/repair internet related devices, e.g. internet routers/modems;

Assist network engineers to ensure network services being delivered to the end users;

9. Maintain excellent network documentation.

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information System

Possess technical certification in Microsoft 365/MCITP/MCSA/CCNA

Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar environment - IT helpdesk support

Knowledge:

1. Enterprise level central deployment/recovery of client operating system;

2. Enterprise level Anti-Virus/Spam/End point protection;

3. Good working knowledge in all aspects of Windows Server, Windows Desktop operating system and others business applications such as MS Office suite and MS Outlook including installation, networking, troubleshooting and diagnosing;

4. Good working knowledge in all aspects of CentOS/Linux server;

Skills:

1. Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment. Pro-active and resourceful with a high level of independence. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work. A good team player;

2. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills; Able to identify, propose & execute improvement initiatives;

3. Good interpersonal skills; strong in communication; service oriented.

Languages:

·English - Working Language, fluent in both spoken and written is required

·Chinese - Essential in spoken and written

·German - advantageous
