Responsibilities/Duties：

1. Responsible for day-to-day operations of tialoc enterprise network to ensure maximum uptime for information technology infrastructure;

2. Responsible for day-to-day operations of tialoc enterprise servers (all platform including Windows/Macintosh/Unix/Linux, etc.) to deliver its designated services;

3. Implement/deploy/maintain corporate WAN/LAN/Server systems to deliver its designated services;

4. Implement/deploy/maintain corporate WAN/LAN/Servers backup system and perform disaster recovery in the events of system failure;

5. Plan and execute upgrades and augmentations to existing network;

6. Perform security assessment, policy development/enforcement and/or review, assist on compliance assurance; architectural development and/or implementation with focus on security components to ensure a secure network environment of whole organization;

7. Able to develop standards, templates and best practices and to continuously improve companies' operation;

8. Participate in or may lead problem resolution and cause analysis as well as backend support of MIS helpdesk team;

9. Maintain excellent documentation that job required/related.

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information System

Certifications in networking (MCSE/ MCSA/Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CNE/ MCNE)

Experience:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in large enterprise infrastructure architecture design and implementation;

Strong in-depth technical knowledge in large enterprise Network architecture and global implementation experience.

Knowledge：

1. Microsoft Windows Servers/Unix/Linux/Macintosh based systems;

2. Server systems Virtualization;

3. Enterprise level firewall;

4. Internet/intranet/externet/Corporate websites, application portal and proxy;

5. Asterisk IP PBX and VoIP technology;

6. Essential in Database.

Skills:

1. Solid foundation of IP network/VoIP/Firewall/WAN/LAN/WLAN;

2. Active Directory design and implementation in hybrid environment;

3. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to identify, propose & execute improvement initiatives;

4. Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment; pro-active and resourceful with a high level of independence; self-motivated with a proactive approach to work; a good team player.

Languages:

·English - Working Language, fluent in both spoken and written is required

·Chinese - Essential in spoken and written

·German - advantageous

Special Requirements:

Standby/Reachable over (mobile phone/internet online and work remotely) after office hour when necessary
