岗位职责：

1、带领创意团队，负责公司现有及潜在客户的整合型数字营销业务，包含创意的整体发想，创意质量的把控；

2、创意设计及提报，以及创意执行、

3、创意团队的日常监督管理及工作指导；

4、与team其余成员的协同作业，配合team leader完成业绩。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历；

    

2、五年及以上广告从业经验，三年以上数字营销从业经验；

    

3、具备极强的文字创意包装能力及方案整合管理能力；

    

4、优秀的创意、提案与沟通能力；

    5、对数字和社交媒体的前瞻性，对行业充满热情与探索精神。
