Requirements:

    

- Native English speakers only.

    

- Must possess a TEFL certificate, bachelor’s degree and clean criminal record.

    

- Preferably 1-2 years teaching experience in a Kindergarten or training school.

    

- Preferably from the USA or the UK.

    

- Must be friendly, sociable, responsible and love teaching children.

    

    

Work contents:

1. Teach all English lessons, according to the class timetable and curriculum provided. Also accompany students when there are other lessons, help manage the class.
2. Fill-in weekly lesson plans and weekly class content. Write students weekly report book.
3. Attend school meetings.
4. Simple greeting and conversation with parents requested.
5. If there is an open position available at Minhang Campus and the replacement of the employee at Changning Campus is found, this employee will be considered to fill at Minhang.
6. Design and follow teaching plans.
7. Undertake a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children's abilities.
8. Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information.
9. Assess children's performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basis.
10. Monitor children's interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing.
11. Cooperate with administration staff.
12. Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations.
