Job Responsibility:

 1. Make Technical evaluation on samples to ensure the correct fitting, workmanship and measurements during all the process from the proto sample development to the pre production sample before the production. 

 2. Check proto samples, Size set samples (with size grade) and pre production sample FITTING ON DUMMY – MEASUREMENTS – FINISHING, READ TECHNICAL COMMENTS FROM CUSTOMER TECHCNICIEN IN ENGLISH – MAKE CLEAR COMMENTS IN ENGLISH WITH pictures and sketch details to help explain/solve problems. 

 3. Pattern knowledge are necessary

 4. Coordinate with suppliers about the sample’s comment to clarify the key points of workmanship. Find the possible solution to improve samples when found mistakes, misunderstanding.

 5. Train suppliers and help them well understand all customer technical requests, brands, quality and workmanship requested.

 6. Work closely with Supplier, merchandiser, Quality controller, and customer technician .Help detect in advance and find technical solutions during productions step when necessary.

 7. Daily work is at office 

 Position Request :

 1. Experience: At least 3-5 years working as Technician – Pattern maker – QA (quality auditor for technical part 

 2. Understand the USA clothing market, quality and requirements 

 3. Well know the workmanship, pattern construction of garment sample, ability to detect problems on measurements/pattern construction/fitting and find solutions to resolve problems.

 4. Know or have some skills/knowledge about all washing Items.

 5. Be familiar with the main types of woven, knitted, lace, print, and embroidery production process during sample making and production.

 6. Software:

 i. Pack Office: EXCEL, OUTLOOK

 ii. Be familiar with DRAWING and PATTERN SOFTWARE is request

 7. ENGLISH: Read, Write are necessary 

 8. Be with team cooperate spirit and strong communication. Motivation, dynamism and autonomy on work are necessary and strength.
