2.具有3年或以上设备设计经验，具有扎实的专业理论基础知识，掌握本专业的标准、规范，能独立进行设备设计。有从事石油化工、炼油化工、煤化工行业设备设计工作经验的人员优先录用。

3.熟练使用AutoCAD、CAXA、Office等办公软件。
