Job Requirement and description:

1. The Business Development Manager is responsible to manage and participate to the creation of an articulated network of dealers of a European brand in China, in the in the field of design hardware, bathware fittings etc.

2. He/ She has a full knowledge of the specification process as a key element to develop both residential and hospitality projects: sampling process for mockup room. 

3. He/ She has developed a good relation with the major architect practices in China through the years and has strong network with architects studios in main first tier cities: Bejing/ Shanghai/ Hangzhou / Shenzhen / Nanjing.

4. He/She needs to travel across China in order to identify and train new dealers/ maintain the relation with main clients in Hospitality and Residential business. He/ She has experience in the relation with dealers and with training.

5. He/ She will drive the process of identification of new sales channel after a proper predict training in our factory in Italy in order to develop new business area: OEM manufacturer/ door manufacturer.

6. Willing to travel to our HQ in Italy for training and reporting.

3. Interested in design, style and architecture
4. Self-starter. Energetic.Languages: mandarin is essential, Fluent in English. Knowledge of Italian is not essential, but would be considered a plus.
