职责描述:
Support existing customer assigned by company
1. Act as key/first point of contact window between customer and GGB, establish and maintain good relationship. Ensure the accuracy of data and customer requirements are properly conveyed to cross-functional departments internally and responded external customer in a timely manner.
2. Support existing business, be responsible for the routine activities of existing accounts, including but not limit to Quotation, overall order to cash process, demand/forecast analysis & update, safety stock/inventory management, sample/warranty/RMA handling ,documentation compliance, AR collection, customer master data maintenance
3. Run daily/weekly/monthly SAP/Salesforce/EDI reports, foresee to take actions to prevent/resolve problems with quotations, orders, deliveries (OTD / past due), invoices & AR in pro-active.
4. Act as inside sales, full ownership of small existing accounts, include relationship maintenance, new RFQ qualification, quotation / order processing, delivery and AR follow up
5. Proper documentation and filing per ISO / IATA quality system requirement
6. Work closely with Sales team, keep them informed of any important issues.
Support new customer development
1. Support sales team new business development, e.g. sample / regular order execution, RFQ handling and quotation coordination, new customer and P/N setup etc.
2. Participation in APQP/ PPAP process if needed. Or coordinate any special requirements from customers to complete the delivery of the first order
3. Act as inside sales, full ownership of small new accounts, include relationship maintenance, new RFQ qualification, quotation / order processing, delivery and AR follow up
4. Run daily/weekly/monthly SAP/Salesforce/EDI reports, foresee to take actions to prevent/resolve problems with quotations, orders, deliveries (OTD / past due), invoices & AR in pro-active.
5. Work closely with Sales team, keep them informed of any important issues.
Continue to embrace, implement and analyze gaps toward the path of excellence in our commercial activities
1. Use ERP / CRM System according to GGBs expectations and ensure this tool is used according to the given guideline
2. Can see the big pic, proactively coordinate activities cross functionally or with GGB global as they relate to applicable accounts
3. Challenge and take initiatives to improve the current process, and achieve better customer satisfaction
4. Be innovative and creative to enhance the ability of business development and customer oriented solutions
任职要求:
Must have
1. 3+ years experience in customer service / inside sales role in manufacturing/trading environment
2. Customer oriented, good communication & inter-personal skills
3. Willing to accept challenges & changes to existing processes
4. Be team player as well as working independently
5. Experience with ERP & CRM
6. Be professional, have very good written and verbal language skills
7. Analytical& reporting skills
Nice to have
1. preferred experience with import and export
2. basic understanding of TS16949 (e.g. IATF16949, 8D report etc.)
3. Basic product knowledge and be aware of production process
4. Knowledge on costing
