We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

    

In this role, you will

工作职责：

运用财富规划理念，洞悉并捕捉投资和保险业务机会，以客户需求为导向，研究财富管理策略

为客户提供专业全面、量身打造的投资及保险规划服务，包括保障、储蓄、投资、子女教育、退休计划等，为高端客户提供资产配置及财富传承方案

将客户需求与本公司的金融产品进行匹配，为客户提供投资及保险规划方案专业建议，协助其完成申请流程

与客户保持良好的沟通，做好维护与服务跟踪，不断提高客户满意度，保证持续率

全方位达成客户接洽、财富规划和新业务指标等各类业绩目标

积极开拓人际网络，为团队提供业务引荐，维护积极向上的团队文化

确保个人与团队活动遵守相关法律法规的要求，且符合汇丰的标准和规程

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements

任职要求：

本科或以上学历，财务、商业或相关专业为佳（大专学历的优秀人才也欢迎申请）

具有国际金融理财师（CFP）或相关证书（AFP，EFP，CFA等）者优先考虑

具有一线销售经验，尤其从事保险和财富管理行业者优先考虑，无相关经验者及应届生也欢迎申请

善于沟通，良好的人际交往能力及表达能力

积极进取，有自律意识，能高效和独立地工作

有事业心，具备创业精神及商业思维

具备较强的中文口头及书面沟通能力
