Responsibilities:

Well known European company is searching for their plant in Shanghai Pudong Lingang district:

Receptionist and administrator.

Given the relative small size of the site, with less than 50 people resident in workshop and offices, receptionist activity is very marginal, and main job is taking care of administration subjects, with specific regard to:

--Control and coordinate the activity of subcontractors caring security, general handling, general building maintenance, canteen, etc

--Provide booking of hotels, train tickets, air tickets for approx. 30 persons who are often travelling in China and abroad, in the respect of Company travel policy.

--Check the expenses reports of the personnel travelling out, if complete and aligned with Company policy.

--Take contacts with consulates and other offices for providing visa to personnel travelling abroad.

--Take contacts with local Lingang industrial park administration to check regulations and policies and ensure compliance.

--Other general administration issues.

Qualifications:

It is requested ability of independent job complying with general company policies.

It is requested pro-active attitude and self motivation capability.

Good communication skill is also requested, to interface effectively with different departments of the company and with other offices and entities in the territory.

The position will report to the Manager Finance and Administration.

The candidate should have a very good English knowledge, fluent in speaking, have a English language bachelor degree, with age below 28.

A previous working experience in international company, even of short period, is preferred.
