  Specific Role Description：

• Manage stakeholder e.g OEM system level requirements and requests.

• Agree on system level requirements (e.g. OEM)

• Support Project Management for project planning purposes (e.g. recourses and timing)

• Prioritize and categorize system requirements

• Communicate system requirements

• Manage Systems Engineering activities

• Plan and execute Systems requirements review meetings with stakeholder (e.g. OEM) and organize the availability of the required experts

• Perform change management by defining Change items in ALM based on the identified system changes on the comparison btw customer requirements and ZF Internal system requirements

• pre-investigate technical issues identified and ensure correct assignment to internal dept.

• identify technical risks and issues on system level and communicate to EPM.

• Manage System Deliverables in line with the Project Management Plan

• Provides justification and technical risk assessment for identified issues in the deliverable.

• Manage the technical part of change requests including internal and customer approval

• Support Product release by providing System release incl. documentation

  • define the functional content of release

  • define the content/applicability of the release

  • establish the product release classification and numbering scheme

  • Communicate the type, service level and Duration of support for a release

  • Define and produce the system release documentation

• Generate and maintain the following ALM items related to the feature based planning:

• Generate and maintain the ALM items for the systems engineering development steps (System Requirements Analysis, System Architectural Design

•  Supporting OEM for Homologation or lead a generic ZF System Homologation if required  

Specific Role Tasks

• Bachelor or above, degree of engineering

• Have experience on Braking Control projects as system engineer, at least 2 customer projects.

• More than 2 years of automotive engineering experience

• Be able working under stress, good emotional control and intelligence

• Understand sate of Braking Control products

• Fluent writing/reading/speaking English.

• Fostering teamwork, cooperation, and relationship building

• Interpersonal communication and presentation skills

• Analytical thinking and problem solving

• Level of self management, self-confidence, and flexibility

• Planning and organizational skills

• Knowledge of project management

• Knowledge of risk & issue management
