Quality Control质量控制

1. 选购，定期校准，日常维护实验室的检测设备； Puchase,calibrate,maintain the analysis equipments;

2. 编写，修改，更新分析方法，检测标准，仪器操作手册； Write,modify,update the analysis methods, specifications, equipment SOP ;

3. 原材料,中间品,成品的质量检测； Quality inspection raw material, intermediate, final products ;

4. 培训，指导，考核公司质量检验人员的质量技能； Training,supervise,evaluate the quality inspector for quality skill ;

5. 定期对分析结果进行数据分析和质量评估。 Regular analysis and evaluate the test data ;

Quality Assurance质量保证

1. 建立，完善，维护质量管理体系； Set up, complete, maintain the quality management system ;

2. 编写，修改，更新质量体系文件和相关记录； Write, modify, update the QMS documents and records ;

3. 纠正,监控,验证,预防质量不符合项（品）； Correct, monitor, verify, prevent the quality nonconforming items(products) ;

4. 负责公司质量方面的内部评审，管理评审，第三方评审； Resposible for internal audit, management preview, third part audit of Quality Part ;

5. 协助其他部门做好供应商评审，客户评审，顾客投诉； Assist for supplier audit, customer audit, customer complain ;

6. 与总部及其他分公司的相关部门进行联系。 Communicate with the relevant departments in head office and other branch.

7. 遵守公司EHS管理制度，负责本部门EHS工作协调管理，为公司EHS目标的实现提供必要的支持。Follow EHS regulations and processes, responsible department EHS management, support the implement of EHS objectives
