1）协助公司做好工厂的发展规划，执行相关目标，计划政策和制度制定。

2）负责工厂生产和日常运营管理工作，协调运营部门工作，合理安排工厂资源。

3）对工厂的设备布局提出合理化方案，进行产能分析，编制生产统计报表，协调生产数据统计。

4）贯彻公司质量体系要求，落实精益生产举措，持续提升工厂生产制造水平。

5）负责加强安全生产管理，定期召开会议，做好安全事故排除及预防。

6）负责组建管理团队及组织架构，有计划的组织技术人员培养，能够建立人才培养机制，为工厂培育技术性人才。

任职要求：

1）有5年以上太阳能（光伏）行业的企业管理和工厂生产管理经验者优先。

2）熟悉生产成本控制，统筹运作，熟悉生产作业流程和工艺规程。

3）思路清晰，具备良好的计划能力，指导能力，协调能力，决策能力。

4）认同公司的企业文化和核心价值观，为人正直，责任心强，较强的团队领导能力。

5）本科以上学历，能英语沟通。

Responsibilities:

1）Assist the company to make development plan of the factory, implement related targets, make strategy and system policy

2）Responsible for the production and daily operation management of the factory, coordinate the work of the operation department, and arrange the plant resources reasonably

3）Propose reasonable plan for the equipment layout of the factory, make capacity analysis, prepare production statistical report, coordinate production data statistics

4）Carry out the company's quality system requirements, implement lean production measures, and continuously improve the factory's manufacturing level

5）Responsible for strengthening the management of production safety, holding regular meetings, doing a good job in the elimination and prevention of safety accidents

6）Responsible for establishing management team and organizational structure, organizing technical personnel training in a planned way, able to set up personnel training mechanism and cultivate technical person for the factory

Requirements:

1）At least 5 years experience in solar (PV) industry in enterprise management and factory production management experience is preferred

2）Familiar with production cost control, overall planning and operation, acquainted with production process and technological procedure

3）Have Clear mind, qualified with planning, guidance ,coordination, and decision-making ability   

4）Recognize the company's corporate culture and core values, integrity, have a strong sense of responsibility and high ability of  team leadership.

5）Bachelor degree or above, able to communicate with English
