1.装配钳工：有自动化装配调试经验；能看懂机械图纸，会使用常用工具，如卡尺、千分表、电钻等；了解自动化常用标准件，如气动元件、导轨、丝杠、伺服电机等

2.一年以上相关工作经验；

3.能接受加班；

4.吃苦耐劳，认真负责。
