Property Development:

1.    Build up relationship and

strategic partnership with landlord for group deals

2.    Build up good relationship with all the agents and personal channels with major competitors to collect latest property action, strategies, sales data, etc

3.    Lead and help property executive in negotiation with landlord to get better terms and conditions

4.    Conduct market research based on city mapping, analyse and identify good cites for delivery

5.   Complete individual and teamwork target of annual stores, achieve the turnover forecast

6.    Acquaintance information of market timely

7.    Acquaintance information of competition timely

8.    Help to coordinate with landlord and maintain stores managing normally

9.    Negotiate and adjust stores as required

Property Renew:

10. Complete contract renew tasks on time

11. Complete store image renew according to scheduled time

Achieve required rental reduction according to targeted plan

Required knowledge, skills or experience

1.   bachelor degree

2.   Familiar with the relevant regional information

3.   Relevant working experience of 5 years or above

4.   Ability of communication and negotiation

5 . Ability to work independently

The Costa Coffee story began back in 1971, when two Italian brothers – Sergio and Bruno – arrived in London with a burning desire to make great tasting coffee a part of everyday life. In 1981 they opened the first coffee shop in the heart of London, from here the Costa family continued to expand across London, the UK and eventually the globe. There are now over 3,800 Costa Coffee shops in 32 markets, 8,000 express machines worldwide and over 3,000 Proud to serve partnerships in the UK.
Costa Coffee started its footprint in China in 2006 when the first Costa store was opened in Shanghai. Now there are over 500 Costa stores across China with several thousand Costa employees and partners dedicating to inspiring China to love great coffee.
