Assist procurement manager to identify and develop low cost suppliers, focus on new supplier sourcing, qualification , price negotiation and vendor management.

Responsibilities：

-Carry out all purchasing issues for material purchasing,supplier selection, quotation analysis, purchasing contract negotiation, sample/small batch orders.

-Keep update on competiteness of current and potential suppliers,

-Internal communication with planning, RD, production, QC and Engineering dept. to get supplier relative issues resolved.

Requirements:

-College degree or above, mechenical backgroud is preferred.

-Mininum 3 years similar working experience in multi-national manufacturing company

-Basic knowledge of ISO9000 & ISO14000, good product knowledge of plastic, stamping, diecasting, and resin.

-Good initiative of work，Good skills in communication,negotiation,result orientation,decision making,networking,innovation and assertiveness.

-Good oral and written communicatin both in Mandarin and English, Good inter-personal skills and team player
