（财务资金专员）

-        Prepare daily fund allocation and transfer report for instructions to FSSC and AMC of outgoing payments and cash deployment (20%)

    

    

-       Support supervisor to develop, optimize and implement policy, process and controls around fund allocation / transfer and other cash management activities (20%)

    

    

-       Be responsible for bank account management including rationalize bank account structure, follow up with account opening/closure applications, manage chart of bank accounts on inhouse treasury system (20%)

    

-       Support short term cash flow forecasting (e.g. weekly) feasbilitiy studies and implementation; maintain accurate bank balance report (10%)

    

    

-       Conduct FX affairs and other relative banking services management (10%)

    

    

-    Be responsible for data and general management on treasury management system, support system development when and where assigned (10%)

    

    

-       Other ad hoc project and BAU based tasks as designated by supervisors (10%)

Requirements:

• Education – University graduate or above
• Minimum two or three years of related working experience in corporate treasury or finance functions, exposure in life insurance or banking industry is preferred.
