？  Responsibilities
n  Familiar with SEM, gain and maintain a high level of application requirements understanding of SEM industry.
n  Describe the application needs or technical requirements and provide solution with Balluff products together with technical team.
n  Organize field sales to manage the Key accounts and increase Balluff business within them.
n  Explore new customers of SEM industry together with Field sales.
n  Update key accounts/lead accounts information to Headquarter.
n  Keep a close communication Industry manager from HQ to push the business of Balluff products of energy industry.
n  Feedback market requirement to contribute to new product development.
n  Strong on OEM management.
n  Analyze the SEM industry and find new opportunities to expand Balluff market share.
n  Perform other duties allocated by line manager.
 
 
？  Profile of Candidate
n  Bachelor degree in Electrical/Automation related fields.
n  Relevant experience in Automation industry and at least 5 years’ relevant experience in Energy industry.
n  Possess in-depth application knowledge and practical experience in energy industry, familiar with OEM
n  Independent, mature, energetic, creative, open-minded and able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n  Pro-active and self driven, aggressive and result oriented in business development and also a supporting team player.
n  Complete and fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
n  Leadership is requested.
n  Frequent travel is required to support local branch offices

？  任职要求
n  电气/自动化相关领域的学士学位。
n  自动化行业相关工作经验,至少5年的相关经验在能源行业。
n  拥有深入应用在能源行业知识和实践经验,熟悉OEM
n  独立,成熟,精力充沛,有创造力,思想开阔,能够展示优秀的沟通和人际关系技巧。
n  主动和自我驱动,激进的和结果导向的业务开发和支持团队精神。
n  流利的口语和书面英语和普通话。
n  能接受出差
