岗位职责：

1. 协助上级做好招聘、培训、工资、保险、福利、绩效考核、劳动关系等事务性工作；

2. 负责建立、维护人事钉钉档案，包含：入职、转正、离职、合同续签等钉钉操作；

3. 负责招聘过程中面试者接待，offer发送，背调、体检协调，入职前的各项工作协调确认；

4. 负责钉钉每天每月考勤的统计、管理，及时上报异常情况；包含打卡出勤、请假相关资料审核、质检外出签到审核等；

5. 负责办公室日常采买包含办公用品、晚餐、零食、水果、饮用水等，报销，备用金管理；

6. 负责公司电费、电话费、绿植养护费、房租、物业费等行政费用的统计，审核，申请等流程；

7. 公司整体环境的检查，纠正，改善；大门电子锁管理工作；

8. 其他上级交办的工作。

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历，全日制统招，专业不限；

2. 具备3年以上人事行政管理相关工作经验，熟悉人力资源1-2个模块及行政相关日常事务，并具备实操经验；

3. 工作细心，有计划有目标，具有主观能动性、优秀的学习能力及沟通协调能力；

4. 熟练操作办公自动化软件，有钉钉实操经验者优先考虑；

5. 敢于发现问题，提出问题，善于解决问题。
