在化学师的指导下，为艾仕得开发产品和市场，改进产品质量。协助化学师进行项目策划和管理，保证项目实施过程符合艾仕得公司规定。

主要职责：

1. 核心价值的责任：深刻理解并执行艾仕得的核心价值。

2. 在化学师指导下，协助完成产品配方设计、开发、应用,项目策划和管理方面的相关内容工作。

3. 按照化学师的试验方案进行试验室的小试试验工作（其中包括样品的试制、制板、部分性能的检测及实验数据的整理等）。

4. 履行EHS的所有原则。

知识、经验和技能要求：

1. 化学相关专业，大四在读优先。

2. 能够使用计算机，英语良好。

3. 遵守国家法律法规和公司制度。

4. 工作积极、认真，良好的团队合作精神。

5. 进取精神、责任心、安全意识。

6. 保证持续 5-6个月以上、每周至少4天的实习时间。
