Mission 

The mission of the sales assistant is to ensure high-quality customer service by assisting with the sales process and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Sales staff in preparing quotations via ERP system (SAP);

- Assist sales staff in following up sales orders, coordinating all kinds of cases in product, stock, logistics, payment etc.

- Prepare contracts and other commercial documents according to the needs of sales and customers;

- Sales data analysis and reporting;

- Sample Management: prepare samples and arrange delivery to customers;

- Update ERP database in time (orders, payments, product information, customer information, etc.);

- Other supportive work assigned by line manager 

Requirements

- 1-5 years' experience in office environment and customer service;

- Fluent in written and spoken English, French will be a plus;

- Excellent organization skills and multitasking abilities;

- Critical thinking and intuitive problem solving skills;

- Computer proficiency: excel , word, PPT, experience in ERP will be a plus
