职位描述
对内：
1、负责客户投诉/反馈工作，确认措施并跟踪；
2、负责跟踪统计客户业绩评价结果，PPM情况并推动持续改进；
3、负责管理客户服务人员等，及时报告问题及状态，并推动持续改进；
4、负责组织公司检具方案内部评估、客户评估等工作；
5、负责客户协议组织评审及内部传达工作；
6、服从并协助部门经理开展工作；完成领导布置的其他工作；
对外：
与总公司采购、质量和工厂采购、质量和亚洲供应商合作，改进质量和制造管理系统；
跟进要求的流程改进和其他措施发展供应商、并对供应商进行评估审核；
执行供应商培训计划；
通过改善理念，精益生产实践推动持续改进活动；
根据业务或公司要求完成其他任务。
工作质量要求：
1、熟悉TS16949标准及五大工具的运用；
2、具备同行业产品相关专业知识、两年以上工程技术／生产／质量／项目管理等工作经验，担任机械产品质量工程师两年以上；
3、接受过国际质量和环境管理体系培训：TS16949，ISO9000、ISO14001；
4. 模具或机械制造相关专业；具备英语读写能力，口语交流熟练者优先；
5、有较强的沟通能力和解决问题的能力；外语读写熟练；口语熟练尤佳。
