Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1、 负责实验室内部仪器、设备、设施、工装夹具的管理；

2、 负责计量标准件申购、验证，以及使用中的维护和保养；

3、 负责实验室各类计量件的校准和送校工作；

4、 对实验室全部配件设备进行分类管理，定期点检、记录，按照项目优先等级做好设备维护保养计划；

5、 负责新增设备规划、采购、验收各阶段工作；新设备规格以及参数推荐，如有必要需实地考察设备工厂；

6、 按公司需求负责简单的工装夹具设计、图纸绘制以及制作；

7、 培训各类设备、仪器的安全操作以及安全操作规程的制定；

8、 设备台账、使用记录、说明书、维护保养记录的归档整理，设备柜的定期清点；

9、 部门安排的其他工作

Job Qualifications – Education and Experience

1、 大专以上学历，测控仪器、计量、机电一体化、设备管理、自动化或机械相关专业；

2、 有计量或企业计量部门工作经验（长度类、力学类、电学类、热工类电子类等）

3、 测试设备维修或机加工相关工作岗位5年以上工作经验；

4、 有电工证，具备较高的维修电工专业知识优先；

5、 良好的英语读写能力；

6、 具备较高的纪律性、责任心、执行能力、学习能力
