岗位概要: Key Performance Area/Job summary  

• Ensure compliance of site operations with local regulations, laws and global standards and policies. 
• Implement and supervise the successful running of health & safety, environment management system, and contribute to the development of HSE Policy and achievement of the company’s objective. 
• Ability to manage and influence organization culture, personnel, and EHS programs at site level.

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility/Detailed job focuses

· 30% Time in implement and supervise the successful running of health & safety, environment management system, and contribute to the development of HSE Policy and achievement of the company’s objective;

· 20% Time in improve employee EHS awareness, behavior by developing annual EHS training plan based on EHS training needs analysis;

· 15% Conduct Regularly EHS inspection, and ensure the implementation of the corrective actions;

·  5% Time in follow up the action plan after the corporate and local authority audit;

· Incidents’ investigation, process reports, and filing

· 5% Time in update monthly report to headquarter

· 5% Time in organize EHS Committee at the local operation site and follow up with the action plans

· 5% Time in conduct occupational health check and industrial hygiene monitoring plan regularly

· 5% Time in supervise external contractor’s work, ensure the work meets the proper engineering standard and EHS requirements  

· 5% Time in other assigned works by line manager.

   

教育程度/工作经历/能力:  Education /Experience/Capability Request

1.      Bachelor's Degree

2.      National registered safety engineer and 6+ Years’ experience

3.      Major in Safety Management/Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/etc.

4.      Know about local safety regulations and laws

5.      Good team work spirit and communication skills

6.      Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)

        

工作条件:  Working Condition

Normal working condition. Do not have to work on shift-roster.
