 1. 负责根据客户的需求，完成视频拍摄及后期剪辑、制作；

 2. 负责参与团队创意分享，提供短视频拍摄相关的创意内容； 

3. 负责将创作视频的拍摄脚本与分镜用镜头表达方式呈现； 

4. 负责在整个拍摄流程的节奏与人员及道具调配。 

任职资格：

 1. 大专及以上学历，有视频拍摄、剪辑工作经历，影视、编导、视觉设计等专业优先; 

2. 熟练运用PR、AE、PS、AI等相关的制作软件，熟悉主流视频APP的表现形式； 

3. 具有良好的镜头组织能力和节奏把握能力，具备良好美学标准，对视频剪辑有自己的视角； 

4. 具有一定的制作镜头脚本,组织文案的能力； 

5. 具有较好的抗压能力，能够在较短的周期内完成拍摄、剪辑需求。
