Job Description

Sourcing：

1. Supplier pre-selection based on EAP/MKT/PRM requirement and material group strategy
2. Product benchmark and technology exploration in market and introduction together with outside resource
3. Samples solution optimization and tracking during project phase
4. Tooling concept development based on technical drawing on new components if necessary.
5. Initiate sourcing meeting for supplier selection together with commercial buyer etc.

Project management：

1. Participation in project business concept for sub-contracting on behalf of PUR
2. Closely cooperating with the worldwide lead-buyers and an integrator of supplier know how into the project business(Technology Scouting, Supplier Marketplaces)
3. Search for RPP ideas and coordinate internally to realize to improve project business profitability.
4. Initiate project plan for PUR team and coordinate internal and external to ensure whole project time schedule.
5. Coordinate internally for internal process and Supplier/SAP maintenance with PUR/SOP.
6. Outside tooling tracking and development.

Parts / product development and TTM quality management：

1. Lead and coordinate technical discussion for new parts with supplier, PRM/EAP/PUR etc.
2. Initiate and tracking advance quality plan (AQP) for key components and function components.
3. Continuously follow-up tooling producing and support on problem solving.
4. Technical improvement support to solve quality issue after sales and coordinate with outside supplier and internal team.

Parts cost development：

1. Support on price negotiation components’ price.
2. Pre-evaluation of EWAK on new projects and responsible for MAT cost control during whole project phase.
3. Enhance cost break down during supplier selection and components design
4. Consolidate internal and external technical solution to improve the components and service cost.
5. Ensure the usage of SPECTRA, TCO calculation and Bidding / ADVANTAGE.
6. Cost saving by tooling concept improvement with supplier.

Functional skills：

1. Knowledgeable for TT related materials/components and their processes, technologies
2. Cost analysis, negotiation, purchasing process and tools
3. New product preventive quality assurance like PEP, ISIR…
4. Project management

General Skills：

1. Good at Communication and Social Skills
2. Good at self-management (task/target…) and time management
3. English: fluent both in written and in spoken
