Report to:          Accounting Supervisor

Job Descriptions

·         Issue VAT invoice in GTS and mail to the customers on time with meeting the requirements of both customers and tax law;

·         Keep track on the incoming payments;

·         Prepare and follow up for Account Receivables aging report, work closely with sales team to AR collection, daily update for customer update/feedback of aging invoices payment;

·         Assist in follow-up with clients via email, fax, phone, or post, to chase outstanding accounts receivable and ensure prompt payment; 

·         Assist in communicating with customers and sales team on past due receivable and account receivable reconciliation (call and reminder letter) in order to reduce our receivable overdue;

·         Intercompany Reconciliation;

·         Regular customer account reconciliation;

·         Checking and bookkeeping the daily collection in the accounts in Oracle system;

·         Support accounting supervisor for audit requirements;

·         Perform monthly reconciliations for key accounts and ensure all outstanding items are followed and escalated timely with no unreconciled accounts;

  

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree, major in accounting or finance

·         At least 5 years accounting experience relative to AP/AR management

·         Good communication skills and teamwork oriented

·         Experience with Oracle system is a plus

·         Fluent in English (written and spoken, CET 4)

·         Be a team player

·         Be able to work under pressure and deadline
