职位描述：

1、单证的制作、管理及信用证审核；

2、收集和整理各种单证，完成送货单、订单、提单核对等对单据的各项处理，并进行基础数据录入和归档；

3、跟踪每票货物的送货情况，统计核对相关数据；
4、及时准确与货代公司联系装箱，送仓工作；
5、在整个过程中，完成与业务员、跟单员以及客户、货代各方面的协调工作；
6、协助参与收付汇，外汇核销以及退税的跟踪；
7、负责外币采购合同的合同执行，协助安排付款等。

  

    

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，英语及国际贸易专业优先。

2、有1-3年合同跟单执行经验，有大宗贸易行业从业经历者优先

3、有钢材销售助理工作经验优先

4、性格开朗，思路清晰、较强的沟通能力，工作细致、耐心，具有较强的抗压能力

5、英语良好CET4及以上，熟练运用office软件

该岗位一年两次奖金，根据团队业绩以及个人表现决定
