Description

Supplier management process establishment and maintenance.

a)      Establish and optimize outsourced supplier management process.

b)     Push suppliers to complete the signing of quality agreement, set annual quality target of suppliers, define annual supplier audit plan and coach suppliers to improve quality.

c)      Support potential supplier qualification, evaluate the supplier quality system and process capability, ensure the supplier can meet the company requirement.

d)     Support new component qualification. Lead the establishment/updating of material inspection standards; Conduct quality review of new material samples, follow up and archive new material samples.

e)      Handle outsourced supplier related customer complaints, investigate root cause, define corrective actions and verify corrective actions, and write analysis reports.

f)       Maintain Approved Vendor List.

Supplier quality management

a)      Control and supervise the outsourced supplier's production realization process, identify, evaluate and manage the risks, and provide on-site support as required.

b)     Deal with the quality problems of outsourced suppliers, control of Nonconformance Control process and MRB batches, be responsible for the investigation and treatment of each Hold batch, assess the risks and coordinate the delivery schedule.

c)      Lead supplier quality problem solving, and drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation with 8D method, and conduct supplier improvement programs.

d)     Collect outsourced supplier quality data, develop improvement plan, promote implementation, and review its effectiveness to ensure the quality of the products are compliance with the company requirements and stable.

e)      Organize supplier failure analysis and review meeting, and negotiate with supplier failure claim.

Qualifications

-       Bachelor degree and above with major in engineering, electronics will be preferred.

-       More than 5 years’ experience in supplier quality management; familiar with cable and optical parts and their processing technology is preferred

-       Familiar with ISO9001 and Green Product

-       Familiar with application of quality tools

-       Be accountable and initiative, and be good at English speaking and writing.
