Position Summary

Reporting to Assistant Supplier Development Manager, you will be responsible for Auto care TPM supplier development, including quality control and improvement, both in-process and final inspection, quality system improvement and basic product testing and process audit. You will follow up and monitoring the production of initial orders for new products.

Accountabilities

• Responsible for Auto care TPM supplier development, including quality control and both in-process and final inspection
• Following up and monitoring the production of initial orders for new products.
• Supporting SD manager to work with factories for quality improvements
• Supporting SD manager to monitor and follow up the new product, including the supplier and product assessment and verification.
• Communicating and reporting to US office about QC inspection result and quality improvement updates

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree graduate in Supply Chain Operation or Engineering discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supplier development with international manufacturer
• Knowledge of QA (Quality Awareness) organization and procedures used to address customer quality concerns
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
• Internal or external auditor certifications
• Fluent in English and regional language(s) (written and spoken)

崇光电器制品厂位于人杰地灵的深圳市宝安区沙井镇博岗村，东临107国道，南临深圳宝安国际机场及福永港，西临海上田园，与香港、深圳及广州交通极为便利。工厂于1990年4月30日正式开业，全厂占地面积5.1万余平方米，总建筑面积约4.2万余平方米，拥有四幢厂房和十幢员工宿舍，员工三千多人。厂内现有主要生产设备：注塑机140多台、五金啤机210多台、装配流水线20多条。工厂现设有客户服务及船务、产品设计、试产、工模、塑胶、五金、装配、养修、货仓、采购、物控、工程、电脑、人事行政、品质控制、品质保证、会计等部门。

工厂主要生产铝、铜、铁、塑胶等各类手电筒、手提灯、充电器、小风扇、警报器等产品，年生产能力达5000万只。其生产的Energizer(劲量)、Eveready(永备)、Sonca(崇佳)名牌产品畅销全球，并屡获殊荣。其中崇光厂所生产的双管型(DoubleBarrel)手电筒系列及双功能型(DoubleDuty)储电手电筒/手提灯系列凭其新颖的外型设计及先进的产品工程技术。
